This Privacy Policy explains how Madni Mart ("Madni Mart", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Madni Mart website at madnimart.store, the Madni Mart Android application, and related ordering services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you create an account, place an order, contact us or use our services:

• Account information: full name, email address, password credentials and user account identifier.
• Contact and delivery information: phone number, delivery address, city or village.
• Optional device location: when you choose “Use my location” and grant permission, your device provides coordinates so the app can display your current delivery area. Madni Mart does not save those coordinates to your customer account.
• Device preferences: a location label you type or select and your English/Urdu choice may be saved on your device so the website and app remember them.
• Optional profile information: date of birth and gender, when you choose to provide them.
• Order information: products, quantities, prices, payment method, order status and purchase history.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, app, security and diagnostic information generated when the service is used.
• Communications: messages, questions, feedback and account-deletion requests you send to us.

Madni Mart currently supports cash on delivery. We do not collect or store payment-card numbers through the current checkout.

• Show your current delivery area after you grant location permission.

You can choose not to provide optional profile information, but information needed for account verification or delivery is required to provide those services.

Madni Mart is a general shopping service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request deletion.
