Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Madni Mart account and personal information connected to it.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the same verified email address used for your Madni Mart account.
- Use the subject Delete my Madni Mart account.
- Include your full name and registered phone number so we can identify the correct account.
What will be deleted
Your login account, saved profile, phone number, date of birth and delivery address will be deleted after verification. Information that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or completed-order records may be kept only for the required period.
Processing time
We will verify and process valid requests within 30 days. We may contact you through your registered email if additional verification is necessary.
